The X2 HMS multi-gym includes a Smith machine, a low pulley, a butterfly curl, and a leg curl. Compared to the X1 multi-gym, it features bearings for exceptionally smooth operation, two types of upper pulleys, handles for hanging free weights, and a preacher curl with a weight lever. This wide range of equipment, combined with the ability to use free weights, makes it an ideal device for those serious about systemic muscle development.
The central element of the machine is a detachable bench – it can be removed from the set and used for standing exercises. This bench is largely responsible for training comfort, which is why it's equipped with a multi-stage seat and backrest adjustment mechanism. A durable foam padding and a modern, long-lasting carbon-pattern upholstery fabric also contribute to a positive user experience.
