Shopping with a SZÉP card

The procedure for making a purchase on the OTP SZÉP card:

If you can't find Sportmánia Kft. on the portal, try searching only for "Sportmánia" or use a different browser.

The procedure for making a purchase on the MKB SZÉP card:

• Add the product(s) you want to buy to the cart.
• Please enter the identification number on the front of the SZÉP card in the comments section on the basket's summary page, at the bottom, on the left. (not the card number!)
• On the next page, enter the delivery address and the requested data.
• You can then choose whether to request delivery to a GLS or Packeta parcel point.
• In the payment methods , choose MKB SZÉP card payment and complete the order.
• Our colleague will then process and prepare your order, and soon you will receive an automatic e-mail message in which you must approve the payment request. You will see the number of your order in the case file number.
• For faster administration, please send us the proof of payment to the e-mail address shop@sportmania.hu.
• After you have approved the payment, our colleague will hand over the prepared package to the courier service of your choice.
• If you do not pay for the purchase with your own card , please be sure to send us the name of the cardholder and the order number by e-mail (shop@sportmania.hu) after placing the order for easier identification.
• With the courier, it is not possible to pay cash on delivery with a SZÉP card!

Sportmánia acceptance point identifier: 84071882 (it is enough to enter the identifier for the search and press "acceptance point identification" (1064 Budapest, Rózsa utca 90. address will be listed)

• Add the product you want to buy to the cart.
• On the following pages, enter the delivery address and the requested data.
• You can then choose whether to request delivery to a GLS or Packeta parcel point.
• When completing the purchase, complete the order by selecting the K&H SZÉP card payment .
• After receiving the confirmation e-mail, go to the K&H portal, which YOU CAN FIND HERE , and search for the SPORTMÁNIA acceptance point, whose ID is: 84071882 (you will see the address 1064 Budapest, Rózsa utca 90. next to the ID)
• For easier identification - when paying - please do not forget to enter the identification number of the order in the comments section!
• For faster administration, please send us the proof of payment to the e-mail address shop@sportmania.hu.

Frequently asked Questions:

• If the purchase amount is greater than the balance on my SZÉP card, is it possible for me to pay the difference separately? - Yes, it is possible by bank transfer. We would like you to write the serial number of the original electronically received invoice and "difference" in the comments section.
• Can I pay for any product with a SZÉP card on the website? - Yes
• What happens when paying with a SZÉP card, if I return the order because the size is not right or I don't like the product, will you transfer the purchase price back to my bank account? No, when paying with a SZÉP card, we will cancel the payment and the amount will be returned to your SZÉP card.
• Can I pay the amount of the purchase with a SZÉP card at the courier? No, it is not possible to pay cash on delivery with a SZÉP card with the courier!
