How to choose the size of an exercise ball?

The Spokey FITBALL is available in three sizes: 55 cm, 65 cm, and 75 cm in diameter. To maximize exercise results, choose the ball's diameter based on your height:

• ball diameter 65 cm – height 160 – 175 cm,
• ball diameter 75 cm – height 175 – 190 cm.

The angle between your thighs and upper body, and the angle between your thighs and calves, should be at least 90 degrees with your feet flat on the ground to achieve the best results while sitting on the ball. Remember, your hip joint should be higher than your knee joint when resting, and the angle between your upper body and thighs should exceed 90 degrees.
